Maylene and the Sons of Disaster
Just to think that a half a year ago I would never, ever even consider putting some Southern tune on. Today? Well, let’s just say I even have my own Confederate flag on the wall.
There’s something really cool about Maylene and the Sons of Disaster which doesn’t seem to let go after the first time you listen to these guys. For anyone who’s not familiar with Southern Rock genre - it’s less rock and more really heavy rock (in some cases even hardcore…ish) mixed with a fair dose of country.
Just give it a go and see if you like it.
